Welcome to the SCTPG blog!
Dear ERM Program Participants!
Welcome to the new SCTPG blog. This blog was created thanks to those of you who expressed interest in continuing the discussion of the ERM issues that were addressed during the program, and with the hopes of fostering the conversation about the topics left outside the program’s scope.
The program clearly demonstrated that there are ERM challenges shared by every library and we need a forum to ask the questions, exchange ideas and share experiences.
I hope our conversation will go beyond the initial topic of ERM and we will transform this endeavor into the SCTPG online community where we can share opinions about past programs, suggest topics for the new ones and resolve current Technical Services’ issues.
I invite you to contribute generously to the discussion.
Thank you,
Helen Heinrich
